You can check the availability of our accommodations through our website

 From the Home Page, enter the dates of stay, the number of people, the type of accommodation and click on “Check availability”: a page with the available accommodation will open. By “day of entry” we mean the day of your arrival at the accommodation where you check-in. The “day of exit” (check-out), on the other hand, is the one on which you will leave the accommodation.

It is possible to pay the deposit by bank transfer (the data will be sent when the booking is registered) or by online payment by credit card.

The balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.

We accept all major credit cards available.

You can withdraw from the contract up to thirty days before the expected date of arrival, by means of a written communication that must reach us within the aforementioned term. In this case, the amount of the deposit will be returned to you within seven working days from the notice of withdrawal. If the withdrawal is communicated after the aforementioned deadline, we will retain 50% of the total amount of the reservation, paid to us as a booking deposit.

In the event that you do not arrive at check-in without any prior notice of withdrawal, we will keep the entire deposit received, but you will be asked to pay the balance (according to the agreed price) within seven working days from the date of arrival. agreed.

As a deposit, you will be asked to provide us with the details of your valid credit card to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation. In the event that you do not have a credit card, you will be asked to pay 200 euros which will be returned at check-out, after having checked the conditions of the accommodation together.

Generally check-in is scheduled from 15.00 p.m. and check-out by 11.00 a.m., therefore, please always check the check-in and check-out times for your accommodation on the voucher that will be sent to you once the booking has been confirmed. Furthermore, check-in after 20:00 will be a self check-in. The check-in time must be communicated in advance. Keys must be left in the apartments.

Yes, our staff is at your disposal to make your stay more pleasant, by solving any problems that may have occurred in the accommodation or to respond to your requests for information. Complete assistance and prompt intervention is guaranteed, compatibly with the working hours of the technicians required in this case. In this case, our staff must be informed of the damage caused. The sum necessary for the repair of the damage will be at your expense. In the event that we find damage in the apartment after your departure, we undertake to notify you within three days of check-out and we will keep the amount from the credit card provided.

It is necessary to make a specific request at the time of booking, as the presence of animals is allowed upon notice and specifying the type.

We have a paid parking lot, about 150 meters from the building with which we have an agreement with them at lower rates.

No, the “holiday home” or “tourist rental” formula does not include a breakfast service. In the accommodation you have booked you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast and first welcome equipment.

Yes, the price includes a set of sheets and pillow cases, towels, face and bidet towels, bath mats and kitchen cloths, which you will find in the apartment in sufficient quantity for the duration of your stay.

All houses are equipped with induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking.
